APARTMENTS
€395 Service and €330 Electricity allowance to be paid with the first
payment/moiety.
Total service and electricity payment €725
Service Charges included with First Moiety allow for the following Maintenance, Cable TV, TV License, Refuse, Recycling, etc.
Electricity Allowance is based on a-per person charge and an allowance towards Common Area Electricity has been included.
There are no other charges unless there is an over run on the Electricity
or breakages/damage during your stay.
Booking/ Damage Deposit is retained for the duration of your stay
PARKING PERMITS
Please Note:If Booking The Grove or The Village, Clarion Road and you wish to purchase a Car Parking Permit. The Charge is €95 per term (€5 per week). This MUST be paid along with First Moiety, a parking permit will be issued on foot of a copy of Current Car Insurance Cert being handed to office. Parking Places are limited. Cars parked without a valid Permit being displayed will be Clamped with a release fee as detailed on signage throughout the complex. No Exceptions
